Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell table tennis tables — compact folding, recreational, club and competition indoor tables, weatherproof and premium aluminium outdoor tables, a convertible dining table and a rollaway tournament table, with the balls, edge tape and score counter to go with them. The grade, top and whether it is for indoor or outdoor use are stated on each listing for domestic use.

Assembly, folding and safe play

Assemble fully to the instructions and check the folding and locking mechanism engages before every use — a playback or folded table must be locked so it cannot drop, and a half left unlocked can fall. Keep fingers clear of the folding frame, and do not let children play with the folding mechanism. Set up on firm level ground. Outdoor tables are weatherproof but last longer stored or covered out of season. CE marked.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
